Front Desk Supervisor

The Front Desk Supervisor is a key member of the hotel team, responsible for ensuring a seamless and enjoyable experience for all guests. This role requires a high level of attention to detail, excellent communication skills, and the ability to work well under pressure.
Responsibilities- Assist the Front Desk Manager and Assistant Front Desk Manager in maintaining a high level of customer service
- Maximize room revenue and occupancy through effective sales and marketing strategies
- Manage guest reservations, check-ins, and check-outs in a timely and efficient manner
- Respond to guest inquiries and resolve any issues or concerns in a professional and courteous manner
- Collaborate with other hotel departments to ensure seamless operations and excellent guest service
- Monitor and maintain accurate records of guest interactions and hotel operations
- At least 1-2 years of progressive experience in a hotel or a related field
- High School diploma or equivalent required
- Previous supervisory responsibility helpful
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work well under pressure and in a fast-paced environment
