Commitment Bonus (1-Year): $15,000 for Day Shift or $20,000 for Night Shift

Shift Differentials: Evening $2.50/hour / Night $4.00/hour / Weekend $1.50/hour

Department Overview

Become a vital part of our 22-bed Progressive Care Unit (PCU)/Telemetry team, where we maintain a nurse-to-patient ratio of 1:5. Our unit is staffed with skilled RNs, CNAs, Telemetry Techs, and administrative support, delivering specialized care for patients with respiratory and cardiac issues. This position allows you to thrive in a fast-paced environment, utilizing state-of-the-art monitoring technology to provide exceptional patient care and achieve optimal health outcomes for our diverse patient demographic.

Qualifications and Requirements
Must be a graduate of an accredited registered nursing program with a current, unencumbered Registered Nurse License in North Carolina or from a Compact State.

Additional qualifications include:

  • AHA Basic Life Support (BLS) certification required within 30 days of hire.
  • AHA ACLS certification required within six months of hire.
  • One year of nursing experience preferred.
