Position Overview:
As a Clinical Nutrition Specialist, you will evaluate patients' dietary needs and nutritional health. Your role involves crafting and executing individualized care strategies while monitoring patient progress.

Key Responsibilities:
1. Assess patients' nutritional requirements and health status.
2. Design and implement tailored nutrition care plans.
3. Collaborate with healthcare professionals, including physicians and nursing staff, to deliver comprehensive medical nutrition therapy.
4. Work alongside management to ensure the provision of nutritionally balanced menus and food services for patients and visitors.

Education and Experience:
- Minimum Education: High School Diploma or Equivalent required.
- Preferred Experience: Previous work as a dietitian is advantageous.

Essential Skills:
- Strong critical thinking abilities and sound judgment.
- Capacity to operate independently in a high-pressure environment.

Certifications:
- AHA Basic Life Support (BLS) certification is preferred.

Licensure:
- Must hold a Dietitian and Nutritionist license in North Carolina and be a Registered Dietitian through the Commission on Dietetic Registration (CDR).
