Position Overview:
As a Registered Nurse (RN) in the Medical Surgical department, you will provide essential care to patients in a 39-bed unit, collaborating with a committed team of healthcare professionals including RNs, LPNs, and CNAs.

Work Schedule:
This role is PRN with varying shifts, offering flexibility to meet your needs.

Shift Differentials:
- Evening: $2.50/hour
- Night: $4.00/hour
- Weekend: $1.50/hour

Department Summary:
In this role, you will be instrumental in assessing patient needs, administering treatments, and ensuring a safe and comfortable environment for patients. With a nurse-to-patient ratio of 1:6, you will have the opportunity to make a significant impact on patient care.

Qualifications:
- Graduate of an accredited nursing program with a current unencumbered RN License in North Carolina or a Compact State.

Additional Requirements:
- AHA Basic Life Support (BLS) certification required within 30 days of hire.
- AHA ACLS and AHA PALS certifications required within six months of hire.
- One year of nursing experience preferred.
