Your primary duty will be to manage front desk operations while facilitating effective communication between pet owners and our veterinary staff.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Welcome and assess the needs of each visitor
  • Manage incoming calls and emails, prioritizing urgency
  • Oversee client check-ins and check-outs, including invoice reviews
  • Communicate visit expectations and assist pet owners in managing their pets' needs
  • Accurately process and document financial transactions
  • Schedule appointments based on client needs and clinic requirements
  • Handle emergency situations and walk-in clients
  • Respond promptly to online inquiries regarding products, prescriptions, or client questions
  • Maintain cleanliness in lobby areas, exam rooms, and client spaces
  • Recommend available products to clients
Qualifications:
  • High School Diploma or GED required
  • Preferred experience in client service for at least one year
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office suite
  • Strong communication skills with problem-solving abilities
  • Capability to manage stressful situations and prioritize tasks
  • Team-oriented with a positive attitude and patience
  • Ability to lift up to 30 pounds
