Job Summary

As a Front Desk Agent with Avion Hospitality, you will be responsible for providing exceptional guest service and ensuring a seamless stay for our valued customers. Your primary duties will include registering guests, making and modifying reservations, and handling guest inquiries.

Key Responsibilities

• Greet and welcome guests in a friendly and courteous manner
• Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of guest information and reservations
• Handle guest inquiries and resolve issues in a timely and professional manner
• Process payments and handle guest accounts
• Maintain a clean and organized work environment

Requirements

• High school diploma or equivalent required
• Previous experience in a hotel or customer service environment preferred
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and multitask
• Basic arithmetic skills and ability to handle cash and credit transactions
• Familiarity with hotel operations and services
