Job Title: Lead Patient Experience Concierge

As a key member of our team, the Lead Patient Experience Concierge will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service to patients, families, and guests. This role requires a people-centered, supportive, and flexible individual with the ability to positively influence and inspire others.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Provide initial and ongoing training to Patient Experience Concierge staff
  • Serve as front-line support and assist leadership in hiring, coaching, and mentoring new and existing staff
  • Support the supervisor/manager in day-to-day operations to ensure customer and employee satisfaction
  • Coordinate team huddles, staff schedules, and processes to maximize departmental efficiency and effectiveness
  • Interact with patients, families, guests, and hospital staff in a courteous and helpful manner to convey a positive first impression
Requirements:
  • High School Diploma, Certificate of Completion, GED, or equivalent training or experience
  • Minimum 3 years of customer service experience required
  • Bilingual (English/Spanish) required
  • Preferred Associate's Degree
  • Fully proficient in computer applications such as Microsoft Office Outlook and Excel
  • Self-directed with excellent problem-solving and critical thinking skills and able to work with little or minimal supervision
  • Professional demeanor, service, goal, and detail-oriented, organized, and compassionate
  • Strong verbal communication and written skills
