Job Description: We are seeking a customer-focused individual to join our team as a Virtual Customer Care Specialist. In this role, you will be responsible for providing outstanding customer service and support to our clients throughout their travel journey.

Key Responsibilities:

  1. Client Interaction: Engage with clients via phone, email, and live chat to assist with inquiries, provide travel recommendations, and address any concerns or issues promptly and professionally.
  2. Booking Assistance: Assist clients with booking travel arrangements, including flights, accommodations, transportation, and excursions, ensuring accuracy and adherence to their preferences.
  3. Travel Support: Provide ongoing support to clients before, during, and after their trips, offering assistance with itinerary changes, travel documentation, and resolving any unforeseen issues or emergencies.
  4. Problem Resolution: Proactively identify and resolve client issues or complaints, demonstrating empathy and understanding while finding satisfactory resolutions to ensure a positive customer experience.
  5. Communication Liaison: Serve as a liaison between clients and other departments within the company, facilitating communication and collaboration to address client needs effectively.
  6. Feedback Collection: Gather feedback from clients about their travel experiences, soliciting suggestions for improvement and identifying areas where our services can be enhanced to better meet their needs.
  7. Documentation and Reporting: Maintain accurate records of client interactions, bookings, and resolutions in our customer relationship management (CRM) system. Generate reports as needed to track customer service metrics and trends.

Requirements:
