Lead Guest Services Coordinator for Upscale Hotel Experience

We are seeking a highly motivated and organized Lead Guest Services Coordinator to join our team at AccorHotel. As a key member of our Front Office team, you will be responsible for providing exceptional guest service, ensuring seamless operations, and contributing to the overall success of our hotel.
Key Responsibilities- Guest Service Excellence: Provide personalized and efficient service to guests, responding to inquiries, resolving issues, and ensuring their overall satisfaction.
- Team Leadership: Supervise and train Front Office staff, ensuring they are equipped to provide exceptional service and adhering to hotel policies and procedures.
- Operations Management: Assist the Front Office Manager in managing work procedures, preparing schedules, and expediting workflow to ensure efficient operations.
- Communication: Communicate effectively with internal and external guests, responding to inquiries, and resolving issues in a professional and courteous manner.
- Administrative Tasks: Perform various administrative tasks, including record-keeping, data entry, and report preparation.
- Education: High School Diploma or equivalent; Bachelors Degree preferred.
- Experience: Minimum two (2) years experience in reservations, one year experience in front desk operations, and one year experience in direct sales or retail trade; OR an equivalent combination of education and experience.
- Skills: Proven team leadership, intermediate to proficient understanding of computer systems, excellent communication and interpersonal skills, and ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment.
- Salary: The estimated salary for this position is $65,000 - $85,000 per annum, depending on location and experience.
