Job DescriptionAt Starmark, we're seeking a highly motivated and organized Account Coordinator to join our team. As an Account Coordinator, you will play a crucial role in supporting the Account Team in delivering quality, on-time deliverables to our clients. Your primary responsibilities will include collaborating with agency subject matter experts, conducting competitive analysis, and serving as a brand ambassador to ensure work reflects the brand. You will also assist in managing the internal agency process, daily tasks supporting the Account Team, and remain knowledgeable of the status of assigned projects. Additionally, you will attend meetings as necessary to understand internal process and strategic discussions, and participate as required with new business research. If you have a balanced analytical and creative mindset, strong written and verbal communication skills, and a passion for learning the latest technologies and techniques, we'd love to hear from you. Requirements include a Bachelor's degree in Communications, Advertising, or Marketing, 1-2 years of experience in a related advertising background, and previous internship experience within account service. Key Responsibilities

Requirements
  • Bachelor's degree in Communications, Advertising, or Marketing
  • 1-2 years of experience in a related advertising background
  • Previous internship experience within account service
  • Experience working directly with clients and/or in a client services role
  • Advanced computer skills
  • Attention to detail and ability to multi-task
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
  • Ability to be proactive and work well with others
  • Ability to communicate effectively with clients and team members
