Job Title: Deputy Digital Director

California Environmental Voters is seeking a highly motivated and experienced Deputy Digital Director to join our team. As a key member of our Communications Department, you will be responsible for developing and implementing digital strategies to drive growth, engagement, and impact.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and execute digital marketing campaigns to increase brand awareness, website traffic, and social media engagement.
  • Lead and mentor a team of digital professionals to drive innovation and excellence.
  • Collaborate with senior leadership to develop and implement digital communications projects and policies.
  • Oversee all aspects of digital projects, including email marketing, conversion optimization, social media growth, paid ads, and online fundraising.
  • Analyze and interpret digital analytics to inform strategic decisions.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree in English, communications, journalism, advertising, marketing, digital media, or equivalent.
  • 8+ years of experience in advertising, digital media, or similar.
  • Expertise in digital marketing and analytics tools, including Google Analytics, Google Tag Manager, Facebook Business Manager, and WordPress.
  • Strong leadership and supervisory skills, with ability to guide and evaluate team members.
  • Excellent communication and writing skills, with ability to produce top-notch content that drives action.

What We Offer:

  • Competitive salary range of $95,000 - $110,000.
  • 15-25 vacation days, 10 sick days, 12 holidays, and 8 winter/summer holidays.
