Dal-Tile is actively seeking an outstanding Client Support Specialist who is eager to deliver exceptional service and resolve customer inquiries. The Client Support Specialist is responsible for a variety of support, customer service, and administrative tasks related to assisting walk-in clients. They provide information to customers via phone regarding order status, placing orders, delivery updates, and managing product returns.

Key responsibilities include:

  • Assisting customers in determining order needs
  • Responding to customer inquiries
  • Providing product samples and selection guidance
  • Completing sales transactions and processing payments
  • Utilizing computer systems such as ASI, JDE, and PCs

Additionally, the role involves addressing and resolving customer complaints, including returns and order discrepancies.

Administrative duties include processing payments and receipts, reconciling daily sales reports, preparing bank deposits, balancing petty cash, updating customer records, and creating vendor orders.

Other responsibilities may include entering customer orders, generating daily sales reports, and maintaining compliance with company policies and procedures.

Qualifications:

High school diploma or equivalent experience is required, along with a minimum of three years of customer service experience.
