Key Responsibilities:

  • Project Leadership: Oversee the entire lifecycle of residential and commercial construction projects, ensuring timely completion, budget adherence, and high-quality standards.

Candidate Profile:

  • Technical Expertise: Experience in Countertop/Surface Cladding and/or Millwork (Division 6) is a notable advantage.
  • Analytical Thinker: Ability to proactively identify and resolve issues, ensuring project success.
  • Effective Communicator: Exceptional communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills, capable of managing multiple stakeholders.
  • Organizational Skills: Proficient in multitasking, prioritizing tasks, and thriving under pressure.
  • Technologically Proficient: Familiarity with project management software and Google Workspace.
  • Educational Background: A Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Project Management, Construction Management, or a related field is preferred but not mandatory.
