Human Resources Coordinator Specialist

The Human Resources Coordinator position at Marriott International Inc is a key role in the company's HR department. This individual will be responsible for creating and maintaining filing systems, typing office correspondence, distributing and routing mail, ordering and tracking HR office supplies and forms, answering phone calls, recording messages, and creating new employee personnel files.
This position requires strong organizational skills, attention to detail, and the ability to maintain confidentiality and security of employee and property records, files, and information. The ideal candidate will have a high school diploma or equivalent and at least one year of related work experience.
Salary and BenefitsThe estimated salary for this position is $30.00 per hour, with opportunities for health care benefits, flexible spending accounts, 401(k) plan, earned paid time off and/or sick leave, life insurance, disability coverage, and other life and work wellness benefits.
