Job Description

As the Director of Human Resources, you will be responsible for annually reviewing and updating our personnel policies and procedures to ensure compliance with federal and state legislation. You will also maintain knowledge of industry trends and employment laws, ensuring our agency's compliance.

Key responsibilities include:

  • Maintaining responsibility for all employee benefits administration and overseeing department staff.
  • Assisting executive management in the annual review and preparation of the agency wage and salary program.
  • Coordinating the recruitment process and conducting exit interviews to determine reasons for separations.
  • Consulting with legal counsel on personnel matters as needed.

We offer a competitive salary range of $120,000 - $125,000 annually and a comprehensive benefits package.
