Salary: $90,000 - $110,000 per year

Job Description:

The Human Resources Strategy Specialist will play a critical role in ensuring compliance with labor laws and regulations, as well as internal company policies. This role will support leaders and staff in clinical and management practices, fostering partnerships across the organization and within the HR team.

Key Responsibilities:

  1. Serve as a subject matter expert on employee relations, advising management on compliance matters.
  2. Develop and implement compliance processes to ensure adherence to labor laws and regulations.
  3. Collaborate with internal stakeholders to design and implement effective HR strategies.
  4. Provide guidance on performance management, talent development, and employee relations.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree in a related field (e.g., HR Management, Labor Relations, I/O Psychology).
  • Minimum 5 years of experience in HR, including at least 2 years in a leadership or advisory role.
  • Proven expertise in employee relations, compliance, and HR strategy.
