We are seeking a seasoned Human Resources Strategist to join our team at Arroyo Vista Family Health Center. As a key contributor to our HR team, you will play a critical role in developing and implementing human resources initiatives that drive business results and support our mission.

Key Responsibilities

  • Develop and implement human resources strategies that align with our organization's goals and objectives.
  • Provide expert advice and guidance on human resources matters to management and staff.
  • Oversee recruitment, employee relations, benefits administration, and performance management.
  • Collaborate with department managers to develop and implement effective talent management strategies.
  • Analyze data and metrics to inform human resources decisions and identify areas for improvement.

What You'll Need

  • Bachelor's degree in Human Resources or related field required.
  • 5-10 years of progressively responsible human resources experience preferred.
  • PHR-CA certification preferred.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
  • Ability to work well in a team-oriented environment.

Compensation

The estimated salary for this position is $120,000 - $125,000 annually, depending on experience. We also offer a comprehensive benefits package, including medical, dental, and vision insurance, retirement savings plan, and paid time off.
