Role Summary

The HR Generalist will be responsible for managing both hiring and general HR responsibilities at Tax Relief Helpers. This role requires a proactive and detail-oriented individual with excellent communication skills.

This position involves coordinating recruitment efforts, facilitating onboarding, and ensuring a seamless hiring process. The successful candidate will also contribute to broader HR initiatives, including employee relations, compliance, and policy implementation.

Essential Responsibilities:

  • Create, update, and manage job postings and requisitions in Paycom.
  • Generate and extend offer letters, conduct background checks, and facilitate onboarding for new hires.
  • Source and screen potential candidates, coordinate interviews, and develop job descriptions aligned with company values.
  • Provide timely communication and support throughout the hiring process.
  • Assist the HR Director in implementing HR policies, procedures, and programs.

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Associate's or bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
  • Familiarity with Google Suite, job boards, and sourcing tools.
  • Strong organizational and problem-solving skills, with an understanding of HR compliance and best practices.
