Job Summary

We are seeking a highly skilled Sous Chef/Kitchen Manager to join our team. As a key member of our culinary team, you will be responsible for ensuring the highest quality food and recipe adherence.

Key Responsibilities
  • Manage a team of passionate line cooks, prep cooks, and dishwashers
  • Ensure outstanding food quality and recipe adherence
  • Lead by example and promote a positive work environment

Requirements
  • 2-5 years working in casual, high volume restaurants
  • Strong understanding of restaurant operations
  • Ability to lead a team
  • Hospitality or Culinary degree preferred
