Job Summary

As a Senior Executive Chef at Compass Group USA, you will have the opportunity to lead culinary operations in a dynamic and fast-paced environment. Your primary responsibility will be to develop and implement high culinary standards for our retail, board meals, dining, and catering operations.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Develop and maintain high culinary standards for all food production
  • Train and develop local culinary teams to ensure exceptional food quality and presentation
  • Lead Corporate Social Responsibility initiatives, focusing on food seasonality, health, and wellness
  • Analyze performance trends and devise improvements to enhance culinary operations
  • Develop and maintain comprehensive knowledge of food and catering trends, with a focus on quality, production, sanitation, food cost controls, and presentation
Preferred Qualifications:
  • Culinary degree or equivalent experience
  • Three to five years of progressive culinary or kitchen management experience
  • Experience with planning and managing catering events from a culinary perspective
  • Strong leadership skills and ability to communicate effectively with various levels of management, departments, customers, and associates
  • Proficient computer skills, including Microsoft Office, Email, and the Internet
  • ServSafe Certification
