Position Summary

We are looking for a Clinical Specialist in Sales Internal Partner Support. This critical role is essential for promoting awareness of Ottobock products across the organization’s network of internal stakeholders. Key responsibilities encompass increasing product awareness and certification, facilitating product trials, providing educational training, and offering support for troubleshooting and complex cases. Additionally, this position involves collaborating with internal teams to create enablement resources and educational pathways.

Key Responsibilities

Specific duties and qualifications include, but are not limited to:
  • Enhance awareness of Ottobock products within the organization by building strong relationships and delivering exceptional support.
  • Coordinate product trials by managing trial crates, offering fitting assistance (either virtually or onsite), and providing education as needed.
  • Conduct educational sessions and certification training on strategic product portfolios as directed.
  • Support internal clinicians by assisting with product troubleshooting, complex cases, and product selection.
  • Identify opportunities to improve clinical support by leveraging healthcare resources and collaborating with Marketing and Market Management teams to develop enablement materials, processes, and communications.
  • Work with internal clinical leadership to design educational pathways and onboarding programs for Ottobock product training.
Qualifications

Minimum Required Qualifications:
  • At least 3 years of practical clinical experience in Orthotics and Prosthetics.
  • ABC Certified prosthetist or Prosthetist/Orthotist.
  • BS, Certificate, or MPO/MS in Prosthetics and Orthotics.
  • BA/BS degree from an accredited institution.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Suite is preferred.
  • Strong knowledge of Salesforce is preferred.

  • Exceptional interpersonal and relationship-building skills.
  • Outstanding communication and presentation capabilities.
  • Ability to comprehend and convey technical information related to Ottobock products.
  • Effective problem-solving and troubleshooting skills.
  • Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple tasks and priorities.
  • Flexibility and adaptability to thrive in a dynamic environment.
  • Collaborative skills to work effectively across departments and with external partners.
  • Familiarity with the healthcare industry and clinical settings is preferred.
Physical Demands and Work Environment:
  • Travel expectations range from 50-60%.
  • Monthly travel is anticipated, involving 3-4 days per trip to meet and train onsite clinicians regarding Ottobock products.
Compensation Information

Annual Starting Salary Range: $75,000.00 - $85,000.00
