Essential Job Qualifications

  • Previous experience in insurance or sales is advantageous but not required.
  • Ability to overcome reluctance in making calls.
  • Willingness to pose challenging questions, handle objections, and adapt to evening meetings.
  • Successful candidates must secure General Lines Property & Casualty and General Lines Life & Health licenses through TDI upon contract.
