Key Responsibilities:
Assist Treasury Services with a variety of analytical and reporting functions.

  • Cash Management: Oversee daily cash positions, electronic funds transfers, Treasury Management System operations, month-end reporting, cross-department collaboration, new project initiatives, and cash flow projections.
  • Merchant Services: Manage Merchant ID setups, activity and fee reporting, fee analysis, and support for stakeholders.
  • Debt Management: Ensure timely payments for debt services, manage administrative invoices, monitor project funds, handle letter of credit applications, and participate in debt issuance processes.
  • Investment Oversight: Supervise daily management of the investment portfolio, process invoices, and generate performance reports.
  • Compliance and Audit Support: Assist with audits, internal compliance checks, and due diligence processes.
  • Dashboard Management: Maintain and update dashboards utilizing business intelligence tools.
  • Cross-Functional Training: Provide training on Treasury Services functions and offer backup support as needed.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in a relevant field such as business administration or finance
  • Two years of progressively responsible and directly related work experience
  • Experience in cash management, merchant processing, wire transfers, and long-term financial planning
