About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Director of Finance to oversee company-wide financial planning, budgeting, and forecasting. The successful candidate will lead key financial and operational systems initiatives and work cross-functionally to facilitate growth of Aptos' planning processes in a dynamic environment.

Key Responsibilities
  • Financial Planning and Analysis: Develop and implement financial planning and analysis processes to ensure accurate forecasting and budgeting.
  • Financial Reporting: Prepare and present financial reports to executives, board members, investors, and other stakeholders.
  • Financial Systems and Processes: Lead the implementation of financial systems and processes to improve efficiency and accuracy.
  • Treasury Management: Develop and implement treasury management strategies to optimize cash flow and minimize risk.
  • Financial Leadership: Provide financial leadership and guidance to senior management and business partners.
Requirements
  • Education: Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field, and/or equivalent combination of education and experience.
  • Experience: 10-12 years of experience in finance, accounting, and treasury, with a strong background in SaaS and startup environments.
  • Skills: Exceptional problem-solving skills, strong financial modeling skills, and ability to communicate complex financial concepts to non-financial stakeholders.
