Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree or higher from an accredited institution

  • Lean Six Sigma Training or certification
  • Seven years of supervisory experience in a leadership position in a private, public, government, or military environment
  • Experience in implementing Lean Manufacturing
  • Skills include ability to develop people and build a culture of trust and cooperation
  • Excellent verbal and written skills

Work Location: On-site Hartford, IN

Travel: May include up to 10% domestic
