Responsibilities:

  2. Monitor team performance and identify areas for improvement.
  3. Develop and implement process improvements to increase productivity and efficiency.
  4. Collaborate with the management team to identify and address any billing or collection issues.
  5. Maintain accurate records and reports on team performance and process metrics.

Requirements:

  • High School Diploma or equivalent.
  • 3-5 years of experience in medical billing with a focus on payment posting.
  • Proficiency in Epic, ECW, or other billing software.
  • Excellent communication and problem-solving skills.
