Senior Phlebotomy Specialist

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Phlebotomist II to join our team at Innova Solutions. As a Phlebotomist II, you will be responsible for collecting blood samples from patients in a fast-paced clinical setting. If you have 1-2 years of experience in phlebotomy and are confident in drawing blood samples, including hard sticks, then this is the role for you.
Responsibilities:
- Collect blood samples from patients in a variety of settings, including hospitals and clinics.
- Operate phlebotomy equipment, including centrifuges and pipettes.
- Process and handle blood samples according to established protocols.
- Ensure accurate and efficient collection of blood samples, with minimal errors.
- Collaborate with healthcare professionals to ensure smooth and efficient operations.
Requirements:
- High School Diploma or GED.
- 1-2 years of experience in phlebotomy, with a focus on collecting blood samples from children and adults.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
