Healthcare Scheduling Coordinator

We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Patient Services Representative to join our team at a healthcare facility in Mercer County, NJ.
Key Responsibilities- Efficiently schedule patient appointments and manage the scheduling queue
- Verify patient demographic information and insurance contract requirements
- Provide excellent customer service and communicate effectively with patients
- Support the Lead in achieving departmental standards for wait times, work times, and abandonment rate
- Assist with scheduling clerical support responsibilities, such as clearing faxes and batching scripts
- High school diploma or equivalent required
- Excellent communication and organizational skills
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
- Basic computer skills and knowledge of scheduling software
- Medical, dental, and vision insurance
- 401k with company match and profit sharing option
- PTO and sick time
Schedule:
Monday - Friday, 7:30 am - 4 pm
1 Saturday a month
