Job Title: Content Coordinator

Princeton University is seeking a highly skilled Content Coordinator to join our Advancement team. As a key member of our communications team, you will be responsible for creating and coordinating internal communications efforts that support a culture of inclusion and excellence.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and implement content strategies to engage internal audiences and promote Advancement initiatives.
  • Write, edit, and proofread a range of materials, including internal communications, website content, and social media posts.
  • Collaborate with colleagues across Advancement to ensure consistent messaging and branding.
  • Assist in the development of content plans and calendars to support Advancement goals.
  • Provide research and writing support for special projects and initiatives.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree with 3 years of relevant experience, or a minimum of 5 years of strongly related experience.
  • Excellent editorial skills and attention to detail.
  • Strong time- and project management skills, with the ability to multitask on a demanding schedule.
  • Ability to collaborate effectively with colleagues and stakeholders.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office suite and Adobe Creative Cloud.

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Experience working with alumni engagement/development organizations.
  • Knowledge of higher education and philanthropic principles.
