Total Administrative Services Corporation (TASC) is a leading provider of employee benefits services for employers. We are seeking a highly motivated Regional Sales Director to join our team in Central New Jersey.
Salary and Benefits
This role offers an estimated salary range of $80,000 - $150,000 per year, depending on experience. In addition to a competitive salary, we offer unlimited financial opportunity, uncapped commission, incentives, and annual bonus.
Job Description
As a Regional Sales Director, you will be responsible for establishing, maintaining, and enhancing credibility, communications, and relationships with distributors and clients to sell benefit accounts, COBRA administration, and compliance solutions. You will coordinate and functionally manage all activities relating to the sale of company services through relationships with accounts and health insurance agents.
Required Skills and Qualifications
We are looking for a highly skilled sales professional with at least 3 years of experience in the benefits industry. Previous experience with benefit accounts, COBRA administration, and compliance solutions is highly preferred. You must be located in Central or Northern New Jersey and possess a valid driver's license.
