Job Details

We are seeking a highly skilled Landscape Operations Coordinator to join our team at Procare Property Services.

In this role, you will be responsible for coordinating daily operations, managing resources, and ensuring high-quality results.

The ideal candidate will have prior experience in landscaping, strong organizational skills, and the ability to communicate effectively with team members and clients.

Estimated Salary: $55,000 - $75,000 per year

Key Responsibilities
  • Coordinate daily operations, including scheduling, task assignment, and resource management.
  • Develop and maintain accurate records of project progress, materials used, and labor hours worked.
  • Collaborate with team members to train and mentor new hires on proper landscaping techniques and safety procedures.
  • Maintain tools and equipment, ensuring they are in good working condition.
  • Communicate effectively with clients to understand their needs and preferences.
  • Assist in estimating materials and labor costs for future projects.
  • Contribute to the development of sustainable landscaping practices within the company.
Requirements
  • Prior experience in landscaping and coordination.
  • Strong knowledge of landscaping techniques, plants, and horticulture.
