Responsibilities
- Coordinate recruitment activities, including phone screenings and interviews
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date employee files
- Conduct E-Verify, drug screens, I-9s, and background checks
- Update candidate records and job postings in recruiting systems
- Provide follow-up correspondence to candidates via phone or email

Requirements
- Excellent customer service skills
- Experience with HR software systems, such as ADP and Kronos
- Strong social media recruiting skills
- Computer savvy, with experience using Microsoft Office Products
- Valid driver's license
- Bilingual (English/Spanish)

Estimated Salary: $50,000 - $65,000 per year, depending on experience.
