Senior Office Coordinator

We are seeking a Senior Office Coordinator to join our team at Garces, Grabler & Lebrocq. This is an exciting opportunity for a highly organized and detail-oriented individual to provide administrative support to our Managing Partner and contribute to the firm's success.
Key Responsibilities:
- Coordinate and schedule appointments, meetings, and events.
- Prepare and edit documents, reports, and presentations as needed.
- Develop and maintain effective relationships with internal stakeholders, vendors, and clients.
- Assist with special projects and tasks as assigned by the Managing Partner.
Requirements:
- Minimum 3 years of experience in an administrative role, preferably in a law firm or similar industry.
- Excellent communication, organizational, and time management skills.
- Prior experience working with C-level executives is highly desirable.
- Familiarity with Microsoft Office Suite and other productivity tools.
Salary Range: $65,000 - $75,000 per annum, depending on experience.
