Account Sales Representative

We are seeking a highly skilled and motivated individual to fill the role of Account Sales Representative at Utility Supply and Construction Company.
Job Summary:
The Account Sales Representative will be responsible for developing and maintaining strong relationships with existing customers, as well as identifying and pursuing new business opportunities.
Key Responsibilities:
- Build and maintain positive relationships with customers to ensure their needs are met and exceeded.
- Collaborate with the account manager to handle customer inquiries and resolve any issues in a timely and professional manner.
- Assist in generating new business by facilitating excellent customer relationship management with existing and potential new customers.
- Provide exceptional customer service by responding to customer needs and concerns in a prompt and courteous manner.
- Stay up-to-date on industry trends and best practices to ensure the company remains competitive.
- Work efficiently and cooperatively with all pertinent departments to achieve sales goals.
Requirements:
- Preferred - Associate's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field.
- Hands-on experience in sales and a proven track record of delivering an excellent customer experience.
- Knowledge of CRM software and MS Office (MS Excel in particular).
- Understanding of sales performance metrics.
- Excellent communication and negotiation skills.
- An ability to deliver projects and answer inquiries on time.
- Business acumen with a problem-solving attitude.
- Excellent planning and organizational skills.
