Client Relationship Manager

We are seeking a Client Relationship Manager to join our team, responsible for managing client relationships, negotiating contracts, and providing exceptional customer service. This is a full-time position that requires travel up to 25%.
The ideal candidate will have a strong understanding of the travel industry and excellent communication skills. They will be based in our headquarters office located in New York and will work closely with our global team to deliver exceptional results.
Key Responsibilities- Manage client relationships and negotiate contracts with hotels
- Provide exceptional customer service and resolve any issues promptly
- Work closely with the sales team to ensure client needs are met
- Conduct hotel site inspections domestically and internationally when required
- Negotiate contract renewals and addendums with hotels
Requirements
- At least 5 years of experience in the travel industry
- Bachelor's degree in business administration, sales and marketing or related field
- Strong Microsoft Office skills, with emphasis on Excel
- Exceptional verbal and written communication skills
- Customer service and client relationship skills
- Competitive salary range: $60,000 - $75,000 per year
