Client Services Manager

We are seeking a skilled Human Resources Business Partner to join our team at Prestige Employee Administrators. In this role, you will be responsible for delivering exceptional HR support and guidance to our clients, leveraging your expertise in HR practices and processes to drive business results.
Key Responsibilities:
- Serve as the primary point of contact for clients' human resources needs, ensuring compliance with all applicable federal, state, and local laws.
- Provide account management for clients with high volume and/or complex business needs as it relates to Prestige services.
- Develop and maintain effective business relationships with clients and brokers.
- Conduct client visits (virtual and in-person) to develop and enhance client satisfaction.
- Engage Payroll Specialists, Benefits Specialists, and other internal colleagues as needed to address client and worksite employee needs.
Requirements:
- Minimum of five years of HR Generalist experience.
- Bachelor's degree (business administration or human resources) preferred.
- Strong customer service skills and ability to manage high volume and complex client needs.
Salary and Work Schedule:
We offer a competitive salary range up to $90,000 per year, based on experience, and a hybrid schedule with 3 days in the office and 2 days work from home.
