About the Role
Prestige Employee Administrators is seeking a highly skilled HR Business Partner to join our team. As an HR Business Partner, you will play a critical role in delivering exceptional client service and driving business results. Your primary responsibility will be to manage day-to-day Human Resources activities for clients and worksite employees, ensuring compliance with all applicable federal, state, and local laws.

The ideal candidate will have a minimum of five years of HR Generalist experience, preferably in the PEO industry or client service delivery. Strong communication and problem-solving skills are essential, along with proficiency in CRM systems and technology applications. A bachelor's degree in Business Administration or Human Resources is preferred, but not required. The successful candidate will also hold a PHR or SHRM-CP certification.

Key Skills and Qualifications
This role requires excellent customer service skills, the ability to manage high-volume and complex client needs, and proficiency in CRM systems and technology applications. Additionally, the successful candidate will be able to conduct presentations, perform demos, and demonstrate strong written communication skills. Previous experience working in Salesforce is a plus.
