Job Summary

GRUPO ANTOLIN-WAYNE PRIMERA AUTOMOTIVE, LLC is seeking a highly skilled Plant Human Resources Manager to join our team. The successful candidate will be responsible for administering corporate policies related to compensation, benefits, employee relations, training, and health and safety programs.

Key Responsibilities
  • Prepare and analyze financial reports, including P&L, Balance Sheet, and Short-term Forecast.
  • Develop and manage the fixed assets budget.
  • Generate the plant's cash flow forecast.
  • Coordinate the plant's full accounting process, including AP, AR, and GL.
  • Oversee the year-end external financial audits.
  • Compile closing and consolidation reports for the Corporate Offices.
  • Conduct profitability analysis.
  • Manage and coordinate the department and resources.
  • Participate in processes affecting personnel, including selection, training, development plans, contracts, and renovation.
  • Develop and manage the annual budget.
Requirements
  • College degree in Human Resources or a related field.
  • PHR or SPHR certification desired, but not required.
  • Five to ten years of experience in a senior-level finance or accounting position.
  • Knowledge of finance, accounting, budgeting, and cost control principles, including GAAP.
  • Knowledge of automated financial and accounting reporting systems.
  • Knowledge of federal and state financial regulations.
  • Ability to analyze financial data and prepare financial reports, statements, and projections.
  • Working knowledge of short and long-term budgeting and forecasting, rolling budgets, and product-line profitability analysis.
