Job Summary

We are seeking a skilled Healthcare Software Product Support Specialist to join our team at FUJIFILM Healthcare Americas Corporation. As a key member of our support team, you will be responsible for providing exceptional technical support to our customers, ensuring their satisfaction with our medical imaging software solutions.

Key Responsibilities
  • Provide timely and effective technical support to customers, troubleshooting and resolving issues with our software products.
  • Collaborate with our engineering team to stay up-to-date on software functionality and apply that knowledge to optimize software performance at customer sites.
  • Install and configure software products at customer sites, train customers on basic operation and maintenance, and provide ongoing support.
  • Utilize Salesforce Service Cloud to manage customer support cases and prioritize urgent requests.
  • Assess product issues at customer sites and work with our development team to provide timely resolution of support cases.
Requirements
  • Bachelor's degree in computer science, engineering, or a related technical field.
  • 5+ years of experience in customer service and support for medical imaging or healthcare IT software and associated clinical workflow.
  • Intermediate knowledge of DICOM, HL7, and other network communication protocols.
  • Excellent troubleshooting, analytical, and problem-solving skills.
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills to interface with various internal and external customers.
Working Conditions

This position requires the ability to sit for extended periods, use hands and fingers to feel and manipulate items, and stand, talk, and hear for periods of time. Occasional travel may be required based on business need.
