About the Role

We're seeking a dedicated and compassionate Patient Care Assistant to join our team at Agape Care Group. As a Patient Care Assistant, you'll play a vital role in providing exceptional care and support to our patients and their families.

Key Responsibilities
  • Assist patients with daily activities, ensuring their comfort and well-being
  • Monitor patient conditions and report any changes to the care team
  • Provide emotional support and companionship to patients and their families
  • Collaborate with the care team to develop and implement personalized care plans

Requirements
  • 1+ years of experience as a nursing assistant in a hospital or long-term care facility
  • State certification as a certified nursing assistant
  • Reliable transportation
  • Ability to sit, stand, bend, move intermittently, and lift at least 25lbs
