Job Summary

We are seeking a skilled Patient Care Technician to join our Care Partners team. As a member of our healthcare team, you will play a vital role in providing high-quality patient care and supporting our patients' recovery and well-being.

Key Responsibilities
  • Assist patients with activities of daily living, including bathing, dressing, and grooming.
  • Monitor patients' vital signs and report any changes to the nursing staff.
  • Assist with mobility and transfers, ensuring patients' safety and comfort.
  • Collect and process patient specimens for diagnostic testing.
  • Participate in the implementation of patient care plans, working collaboratively with the nursing team.
Requirements
  • Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA) certification required within 30 days of employment start date.
  • High school diploma or equivalent required.
