Key Responsibilities- Assist patients with activities of daily living, including bathing, dressing, and grooming.
- Monitor patients' vital signs and report any changes to the nursing staff.
- Assist with mobility and transfers, ensuring patients' safety and comfort.
- Collect and process patient specimens for diagnostic testing.
- Participate in the implementation of patient care plans, working collaboratively with the nursing team.
- Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA) certification required within 30 days of employment start date.
- High school diploma or equivalent required.
