We are currently seeking
Healthcare Customer Service Coordinators to support our clinics. Our Coordinators play a vital role in delivering customer service to patients regarding their accounts, which includes establishing payment plans, addressing billing inquiries, and ensuring the accuracy of billing information within our systems.

They are also responsible for processing referrals to specialty care, dieticians, radiology services, community resources, and contacting patients to schedule appointments.

Additionally, they will adjust copays and deductibles based on the patient's sliding fee scale (when applicable) and review sliding fee documentation for completeness, ensuring proper documentation in electronic health records (E.H.R) and practice management (E.P.M) systems.

They will also address billing inquiries from staff, vendors, and patients. Furthermore, they will provide support to other clinics as needed and perform other assigned duties.

Qualifications

High School Diploma with at least 1 year of experience in a medical front office setting or a combination of relevant experience and education is required.
