Role Overview:
The Client Relationship Specialist plays a crucial role in delivering outstanding customer service.

This position involves building new and enhancing existing client relationships by identifying needs through effective questioning, recommending suitable products and services, and collaborating with other departments as necessary.

Key responsibilities include:

  • Providing immediate acknowledgment and timely responses to customer inquiries.
  • Consulting with clients to develop strong relationships.
  • Handling clerical tasks related to deposit and consumer loan accounts, business accounts, collections, and transactions.
  • Supporting Client Service Specialists as needed.
  • Staying informed about products and procedures.
  • Resolving customer issues efficiently.
  • Mentoring team members regarding products and services.
  • Assisting the Assistant Manager with operational tasks.

Compliance with all banking regulations and internal policies is essential, and ongoing training will be provided to ensure knowledge of regulatory changes.


Candidate Profile:
The ideal candidate will possess:
  • A high school diploma or equivalent.
  • At least one year of experience in customer service or personal banking.
  • Knowledge of banking products and services.
  • Strong cash handling and numerical skills.
  • The ability to manage multiple customer requests efficiently.
  • Proficiency in building and expanding customer relationships.
  • Familiarity with relevant state laws and regulations.
  • Progress towards NMLS certification is preferred.

Work Environment:
This position requires full onsite presence.
