Responsibilities- Provide high-quality Speech Therapy services to patients under the guidelines established by our clients.
- Conduct screenings of patients to determine the need for intervention/treatment, as requested by our clients.
- Evaluate patients to obtain data necessary for treatment planning and implementation, and communicate findings to clients, patients, family, and other team members.
- Establish patient schedules in conjunction with other team members.
- Develop treatment plans by identifying needs, including short and long-term goals and methods to achieve identified goals.
- Coordinate treatment plans with patients, family, and other team members, and implement and conduct treatment outlined in the plan.
- Monitor patient response to intervention and modify treatment as indicated to attain goals in accordance with physician orders.
- Masters Degree in Speech-Language Pathology.
- Certificate of Clinical Competency or eligibility for Clinical Fellowship Year.
- Current state licensure or license eligible.
- Current ESA Certificate or ESA eligible.
