Job Summary

The Central Registration Specialist plays a vital role in the Center for Human Development, serving as the primary point of contact for community agencies, clients, and internal staff. This position is responsible for registering clients, verifying insurance benefits, and scheduling intake appointments for outpatient and psychiatric services.

Key Responsibilities
  • Register clients and verify insurance benefits
  • Schedule intake appointments for outpatient and psychiatric services
  • Provide excellent customer service and problem-solving skills
  • Work effectively with electronic medical records, Outlook email, and other computer programs
Requirements

This position requires a candidate who is capable of learning and using electronic medical records, Outlook email, and other computer programs. Excellent customer service and problem-solving skills are essential for success in this role. Bilingual skills are a plus.

This is a full-time position working on-site at the Corporate CHD office, Monday through Friday, 9am to 5pm. The Center for Human Development is an Equal Opportunity Employer and welcomes applications from diverse candidates.
