Clinical Solutions Specialist

We are seeking a highly skilled Clinical Solutions Specialist to join our team at Omnicell. As a key member of our professional services team, you will be responsible for delivering exceptional customer experiences and ensuring the successful implementation of our clinical solutions.
Key Responsibilities- Work closely with project teams to execute activities outlined in the project plan
- Provide expert-level support and guidance to customers on Omnicell solutions
- Participate in workflow analysis and consulting to ensure customer desired outcomes
- Assist with procedural changes needed for technology implementation
- Responsible for integrated application testing and providing feedback to analysts
- Deliver education and training on Omnicell solutions as required
- Provide customer implementation support and report implementation activity to project managers
- Minimum three years' experience working in healthcare with an Associate's degree or professional healthcare certification
- OR Bachelor's degree in healthcare, project management, business administration, finance, or MIS
- Three years' experience implementing and supporting clinical solutions within healthcare
This is a remote/field-based position with 100% travel required. The ideal candidate will be able to work independently and follow a detailed plan, with excellent interpersonal communication skills and a strong knowledge of Microsoft Office applications.
The successful candidate will be able to push heavy equipment, have good dexterity for routine configuration, and stand and sit for prolonged periods of time. Working outside of normal business hours may be required to meet customer needs.
