Job Summary

We are seeking a highly skilled Clinical Specialist to join our team at Haemonetics. As a key member of our sales team, you will work closely with our Regional Sales Director and Territory Manager to identify and meet the clinical needs of our customers in the interventional cardiology space.

Key Responsibilities
  • Collaborate with the Territory Manager to provide excellent case coverage and clinical outcomes for patients.
  • Serve as the primary resource for clinical support in the areas of coverage, troubleshooting, and in-service education for our products.
  • Educate customers on the merits and proper clinical usage of our products.
  • Stay up-to-date on the latest product, therapy, and technology developments in the industry.
  • Meet with existing and potential customers to identify their clinical needs and provide creative solutions using our products.
  • Transfer account knowledge and other requested information to the local Territory Manager on a weekly basis.
Requirements
  • Ability to maintain good working relationships while dealing with sensitive and confidential matters.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
  • Proficiency in business communication and grammar.
  • Attention to detail to maintain records and process reports.
  • Knowledge of MS Office systems.
  • A thorough knowledge of the medical device market, products, and territory's customer base.
  • Ability to work independently and be self-directed.
Preferred Qualifications
  • BA/BS or equivalent experience.
  • Medical training (RN, cath lab technician, etc.).
  • A minimum of 5 years of directly related experience, medical industry preferred.
  • Strong clinical orientation, experience with products for use in interventional cardiology and/or cardiac surgery strongly preferred.
