Biometrics and Identity Intelligence Analyst

At TechINT Solutions Group, LLC, we are seeking a highly skilled Biometrics and Identity Intelligence Analyst to join our team in Charlottesville, VA. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for conducting all-source Identity Intelligence-focused analysis and producing intelligence products in support of global missions and customers.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Conduct analytic production on the full range of unique identifying human characteristics and modalities, including fingerprints, DNA, iris scans, voice prints, facial recognition features, and behavior.
  • Fuse identity attributes, including biographical, biological, behavioral, contextual, and reputational information, to identify and assess threat individuals and networks.
  • Apply an understanding of Identity Intelligence tradecraft to conduct research within relevant databases, compile and analyze necessary data, and synthesize information to provide an assessment within the scope of the assigned mission.
  • Experience with research and intelligence analytic techniques, strong research and writing skills, and experience with basic computer applications, search engines, and data processing systems.
  • Ability to brief mission and production-related topics to internal and external government clients, military personnel, and contract audiences.
Requirements:
  • Active TS/SCI clearance.
  • Mid-level BA/BS degree with 6 years of experience; OR 10 years with no degree.
  • Senior-level BA/BS degree with 10 years of experience; OR 14 years with no degree.
  • Expert-level BA/BS degree with 14 years of experience; OR 18 years with no degree.
