Job Overview

Responsibilities
  • Patient Care
    • Assist physicians and nursing staff with procedures, intake, and departure processes.
    • Accurately document patient findings and vital signs in the electronic medical record.
  • Communication
    • Provide effective communication with patients and families to ensure safe and effective patient care.
  • Customer Service
    • Transfer and assist patients to examining rooms and other departments as needed.
    • Inform patients of any delays in care and escort them to other services when necessary.
  • Patient Information
    • Maintain confidentiality with each interaction with patients, families, and staff.
Qualifications
  • Basic Life Support (BLS) certification upon first day of hire.
  • Medical terminology knowledge.
  • Experience working in an electronic medical record system.
  • Excellent customer service and communication skills.
  • COVID-19 Vaccination.
