Responsibilities- Patient Care
- Assist physicians and nursing staff with procedures, intake, and departure processes.
- Accurately document patient findings and vital signs in the electronic medical record.
- Communication
- Provide effective communication with patients and families to ensure safe and effective patient care.
- Customer Service
- Transfer and assist patients to examining rooms and other departments as needed.
- Inform patients of any delays in care and escort them to other services when necessary.
- Patient Information
- Maintain confidentiality with each interaction with patients, families, and staff.
- Basic Life Support (BLS) certification upon first day of hire.
- Medical terminology knowledge.
- Experience working in an electronic medical record system.
- Excellent customer service and communication skills.
- COVID-19 Vaccination.
