Job Summary

The Senior Corporate Relationship Manager is a key professional responsible for building and maintaining strong relationships with mid-corporate clients. This role requires a strategic thinker who can identify opportunities to deepen client relationships and drive business growth.

Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and execute strategic plans to deepen client relationships and drive business growth
  • Identify and pursue new business opportunities with existing clients
  • Work closely with product specialists and subject matter experts to structure innovative and customized solutions that meet client needs
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to deliver exceptional client experiences
  • Stay up-to-date with industry trends and market developments to inform business decisions
  • Ensure compliance with regulatory requirements and Citi's policies and guidelines
Requirements
  • 7+ years of experience in corporate relationship management or a related field
  • FINRA Licensing, Series 79, 63 & SIE (current or able to obtain upon hire)
  • Sound knowledge of banking and investment products and processes
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to work effectively in a team setting and coordinate multi-functional teams
  • Ability to adapt to changing priorities and make sound decisions under pressure
Education
  • Bachelor's/University degree, Masters degree preferred
